Intel® Partner Alliance is our unified program to provide partners and the ecosystem with impactful benefits and resources that empower them to grow their businesses. Following the initial launch in early 2021, we have been laser focused to drive a roadmap of ongoing improvements to deliver more value to our partners and continuously improve the experience delivered through the program. As we wrap up 2022, here are five things that I’m most excited about.

1. The NEW Intel® Partner University

Intel® Partner University first launched in the fourth quarter of 2019 and since then we have seen it provide tremendous benefits and learning opportunities for thousands of partners. Last month, we launched a complete upgrade to our university experience, based on a new Learning Management platform. This new upgrade to our Partner University was co-designed with our partners, and includes:

  • A new engaging digital experience. Find the best and most valuable content, explore personalized recommendations, sign-up for upcoming webinars, or just browse the full training catalog to find what you need.
  • Custom pathways to explore. Discover personalized pathways of curated training curriculum, aligned to partner roles and hot topics for both Intel and the industry.
  • Highest quality training. New content rating system helps partners find and consume training that their peers have rated as meeting their quality expectations and needs.

We’re committed to evolving and growing Intel Partner University, helping our partners both grow their skillsets and succeed in a fast-paced, technology driven industry. Intel Partner University is a benefit for members of the Intel Partner Alliance program. To learn more about membership, you can explore more here.

2. Extending Partner Value – Points & Rewards for ALL Members

One of the most popular and differentiated benefits within Intel Partner Alliance are points we award partners to recognize their business results with Intel and their engagement in high priority activities. All members can earn points, but up until recently, only Gold and Titanium tier members could redeem their points for additional benefits. As part of our focus on always looking for new ways to add value for our partners, we recently decided to unlock the points redemption benefit for ALL members of Intel Partner Alliance. This has long been requested by our partners, and our partners are applauding and engaging in this newly expanded benefit.

There are over 1,000 ways to earn points within Intel Partner Alliance, and 100’s of redemption opportunities. If you are not yet a member, learn more here on how to join.

3. Doubling down on Artificial Intelligence

AI continues to be a driving force for our partners, unlocking innovation and accelerating business growth. That is why we recently announced enhanced AI benefits for partners. Intel Partner Alliance members who are delivering AI-based technologies and solutions now have access to a single structured pathway to optimize their AI-based products and solutions on Intel technology and then take them to market in partnership with Intel. We previously offered several different AI programs but found it could be challenging for partners to access the one that best fits all their needs. Through merging these separate AI “programs” into one experience and set of benefits through Intel Partner Alliance, we have removed barriers and enhanced our partner’s experience working with Intel.

4. Intel Solutions Marketplace enhancements

Our Intel Solutions Marketplace connects Intel partners with each other, helping enterprises across the globe to discover products and solutions to solve their business needs. In November, we introduced a BETA soft launch of a completely new look and feel to our Solutions Marketplace, improving the experience to generate connections and leads between partners, easing site navigation, and improving overall search functionality. Over the next several months, we will complete the overhaul of the new experience, after which Intel customers and partners will be able to find the partners and solutions that matter most to their teams faster. 5. Building a strong ecosystem

Intel is more committed than ever to building a strong and thriving ecosystem of partners. As a sign of this continued commitment, we have been very focused this year to drive growth in our program membership, find new and creative ways to engage with partners who are already members, provide more opportunities for matchmaking among members, and grow Intel Solutions Marketplace. We have seen great traction on all fronts.

For example, this year we have had an average daily addition of 15 new partners and 45 new partner employees into our program. We are also on track to grow both the training delivered to our partners and the number of partners engaged in our points benefit by over 30%. And recent partner survey feedback has signaled a significant increase in overall partner satisfaction, affirming that we are on a solid path as we wrap up this year.
