PairSoft- The strongest procure-to-pay platform for mid-market and enterprise companies with integrations to your ERP system.

There is a version of accounts payable that still runs on email threads, printed invoices, and someone physically walking a document to a manager’s desk for a signature. It sounds outdated because it is. But for many mid-size and enterprise organizations, that version is still the current one, and the cost shows up in slow approvals, missed early-payment discounts, and finance teams too buried in data entry to think about anything else.

PairSoft was built to fix that. The company came together in 2020, combining three established brands in financial automation (PaperSave, Webiplex DocuPeak, and Paramount WorkPlace) into a single platform that covers the full spend management cycle.

The platform today covers AP automation, procurement, document management, payments and banking, analytics and reporting, and AI agents for finance.

Each piece connects to the others, and all of it runs inside a company’s existing ERP rather than sitting alongside it as a separate system.

Data that lives in one place doesn’t have to be re-entered elsewhere, and approvals that get routed through the platform are tracked, timestamped, and retrievable without anyone having to dig through inboxes to find them.

The ERP integration list is broad… NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Sage Intacct, Oracle Financials Cloud, Blackbaud, and Acumatica are all supported.

That matters for a company targeting mid-size and enterprise clients, because those organizations rarely standardize on a single ERP.

We want people to love their jobs again. When your day is spent chasing approvals and keying in invoice data, you’re doing more data entry than finance. Our job is to take that off the table. — Brian Rigney, CEO

Brian Rigney leads PairSoft as CEO. He has brought executive experience from Altus Group, ExactBid, D+H, and SAP to the role.

With him, Chief Product Officer Sami Peltonen has spent more than twenty years working specifically in the procure-to-pay domain, and CTO Hilbert van de Mheen has more than fifteen years in finance automation.

The results coming out of client deployments testify to that depth. One organization reported that document filing and retrieval became more than 90% more efficient after implementation.

Another cut approval turnaround times by over 70%. A third tracked $62,000 in annual savings from employee time alone.

PairSoft’s client base spans financial services, government, healthcare, higher education, manufacturing, and nonprofits.

More than 1,500 accounting and procurement teams now run on the platform, including organizations like the Cleveland Cavaliers, Mars, KAYAK, United Way, and Washington and Lee University.

The nonprofit sector is served by a dedicated fundraising automation module, recognizing that donor management and spend compliance have their own specific requirements that generic AP tools do not handle well.

The company operates out of Miami, with offices in Ahmedabad, India and Bunschoten-Spakenburg in the Netherlands.

Fully remote roles are available globally, which has helped PairSoft build a team that reflects its client base across industries and geographies.

What PairSoft is really selling is time,  the hours finance teams lose each week to work that software could handle, and the focus that goes with it.

The platform has grown to include AI agents that handle GL coding, PO matching, and approver selection automatically.

Audits that once required pulling documents from multiple systems now take a few clicks.

Month-end close processes that depended on manual coordination now run through configured workflows. The administrative overhead that defines AP work at most organizations becomes, with the right system in place, something closer to a background process.
