Highly regarded private equity and M&A client strategist reinforces Alliant’s commitment to excellence for the sector

IRVINE, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#AlliantInsurance–Nairi Chapman has joined Alliant Insurance Services as Senior Vice President, Director, M&A, within its Employee Benefits Group. Chapman is a seasoned employee benefits consultant with an extensive background in supporting private equity clients and those in a merger or acquisition process.

Before joining Alliant, Chapman held senior roles at two large global brokerages. Her vast experience working with private equity firms and serving as a strategic consultant in mergers and acquisitions further solidifies her reputation as a trusted advisor.

Chapman holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Florida State University, specializing in actuarial science.
